Monthly Board
Meetings
- Second Tuesday of Each Month
- Call Property Manager for location (During summer months,
the Board may cancel their meeting unless there is an issue to
discuss. Check with the Property Manager at 821-9360 for dates
and times.) All Board Meetings are open to residents.
- To address the Board, homeowners must be on the agenda. Call
or write the Property Manager no later than one week prior to
the next scheduled meeting with the following information: (a)
name of homeowner wishing to address the Board and (b) the subject
to be discussed.

- The Financial/Long
Range Planning Committee meets in July or August
- Special
Board Meetings may be called as needed.
ARB Meeting
- To Be Determined. Call or write the property manager if you
wish to address the ARB or attend the next meeting.
