- 2011 Dues
Dues are collected quarterly in the amount of $121.00. Dues may
also be paid annually on January 1 or bi-annually on January 1
and July 1.
- Invoices
are sent out January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1
- Late fees
will be assessed on the 15th of each month late in the amount
of $10.00/month. All accounts 90 days past due will be turned
over to Small Claims Court for collection. In the event an account
is sent to the courts; the dues, late fees and court costs will
be collected.
- The Capital
Contribution assessed to all owners is $484.00 (for all resales
and transfers). This amount should be collected by the closing
attorney and forwarded to the Association. 75% of this contribution
goes into the Capital Reserve Account, the remaining 25% goes
into the General Account.

The budget will be mailed only to your home address. If you are
a prospective Bayview Farms homebuyer, please request a copy from
the seller.
